Airbus today updated the order status of its new ACH130 Aston Martin Edition with customers on three continents having signed firm contracts for helicopter. Airbus states the helicopter is scheduled to enter service in Latin America, North America and Asia Pacific over the coming months. This includes delivery to an undisclosed Canadian customer.

“We are delighted with the market reaction to this superb new helicopter,” said Frédéric Lemos, Head of Airbus Corporate Helicopters. “These orders across the world, clearly demonstrate the excitement generated by our collaboration with Aston Martin.”

Launched in January 2020, the ACH130 Aston Martin Edition is a special version of the single-engine ACH130 featuring a range of interior and exterior designs created by automotive manufacturer Aston Martin. One model has been ordered by an existing Airbus customer in New Zealand, which will be used privately as well as on VIP charter operations.

In Latin America, the ACH130 Aston Martin Edition has just entered service with an undisclosed VIP customer in Guatemala. Most recently, a private customer in Canada ordered a model which will be completed in the UK, where Airbus manages and engineers this ACH model. This aircraft will be delivered from the Airbus Customer Centre in Fort Erie, Ontario.
